Demie Anderson (she/her) is a Chicago based performer with a passion for mental health education and awareness. She is a recent graduate from North Central College where she studied Musical Theatre, Acting, and Psychology. At the end of her senior year, she was awarded, The 2023 Outstanding Major in Musical Theatre.

Some of her production credits include Diary of a Wimpy Kid (Raue Center for the Arts), With A Song In My Heart: The Romance of Richard Rodgers (The International Lyric Academy), and Renascence (North Central College).

Most recently, she performed with The Beautiful City Project for a one night only concert of We Will Rock You.

This summer she traveled to Italy with the International Lyric Academy for their production of Les Miserables directed by David Fiorello. She played Gavroche alongside Felipe Bombonato as Jean Valjean!

With any project she is involved in, she aspires to create environments that prioritizes the mental health and well-being of artists.
